INTRODUCTION...
In recent months we have engaged in many conversations with Christians and non Christians alike, on matters concerning the American Government, and its activities in the world today. On a universal level, those of the faith AND those who do not share our faith agree on one thing, and that is that none of what we have been saying here at 11th Hour for the last 14 months is actual fact, and that it is all "OUR opinion and OUR misinterpretation of George W's policies and intentions", purely speculation and our conjecture: no supportable facts". The following article will summarily place that statement in the wastebasket... where it belongs. The document outlined in this article was inspired by the foreign policy outline drawn up by Dick Cheney and his colleagues in 1992, when he was secretary of defense for the Senior Bush's administration. It is a documented fact that these men had sent letters to Bill Clinton and raved about these mandates that they felt were essential to America's future. The Project for a New American Century, (so called), is an initiative of "The New Citizenship Project", which is made up of a startling group of names, which will be mentioned here. It is absolutely sobering and even chilling when you read the process of world domination laid out in this document, when you consider the fact that the Men who wrote and endorse this document, are the very men who are in control of the White House, the Pentagon, and the Defense Dept! Let's take a look at their motives and their intentions, how they have played out recently, and what we can expect from our government going forward...

"Established in the spring of 1997, the Project for the New American Century is a non-profit, educational organization who's goal is to promote American global leadership. The Project is an initiative of the New Citizenship Project (501c3); the New Citizenship Project's chairman is William Kristol and its president is Gary Schmitt." (this is a quote from their website)
PROJECT DATES...
On page 2 of the introduction we find that this document was started in the Spring of 1998. The project was undertaken at that time, but was merely an update of the "Defense Policy Guidance" written in 1992 by Cheney, and this document, (Rebuilding America's Defenses), itself was released Sept 2000. By the way, the document Dick Cheney wrote in 1992, was a Cheney re-write ordered by the White house, after the Original, written by Paul Wolfowitz, his assistant, generated a pile of controversy after being leaked to the New York Times and the Washington Post.
The Project for a New American Century, henceforth designated PNAC, is for all intents and purposes, a foreign policy think tank. It's Document, "Rebuilding America's Defenses" is, as the Declaration of Independence is to the existence of this country, The Declaration of the New World Order, which George Bush Sr. declared during his 1991 State of the Union Address. Any amount of time spent at their website will totally convince any honest reader, that the concepts and principles outlined in "Warfare Theology and the Coming 4th Reich", "Patriotism in light of the Scriptures", "The Gospel of Convenience" and "Just Lay it Down!" Articles on this site are true, and now verified, not buy OUR words, speculations, or assumptions, but right from the mouths of the men who NOW RUN THIS GOVERNMENT!
WHO ARE THEY?
The PNAC's Statement of Principles is written by, and bears the names of the following people: Elliott Abrams, Gary Bauer, William J. Bennett, Jeb Bush, Eliot A. Cohen, Dick Cheney, Midge Decter, Paula Dobriansky, Steve Forbes, Aaron Friedberg, Francis Fukuyama, Frank Gaffney, Fred C. Ikle, Donald Kagan, Zalmay Khalilzad, I. Lewis Libby, Norman Podhoretz, Dan Quayle, Peter W. Rodman, Stephen P. Rosen, Henry S. Rowen, Donald Rumsfeld, Vin Weber, George Weigel, Paul Wolfowitz. You can also add to this list Richard Perle and Condoleezza Rice, who met with the core group about how to promote the principles of the War in Iraq - (the public version). When one considers that the names here, printed at the bottom of the "Statement of Principles" on the site reads like a who's who in the George W. Bush Administration, and in American politics in the past decade, it makes complete sense that the current administration is carrying out the mandates of this document verbatim, to wit, an absolute adherence to every single feature in the document, the result being a conquest for world domination! I don't care what anyone says, or how much criticism I take for it, the current activities of those in power, look more like the first horse of the apocalypse than anything ever witnessed on the world stage. (more on that later) There can no longer be any question in the heart of a Christian who reads this document, (Rebuilding America's Defenses), about what the George W. Bush Administration is "up to". This document was written by, and is supported by all those surrounding him, and make no mistake about it, THIS is the agenda of the George W. Bush administration, regardless of what idealistic or holy hat anyone may be trying to place on him, this document outlines a clear roadmap for the coming years! The fact that Cheney was ordered to re-write the document means little given the fact that Wolfowitz is here on this draft as well. The point being that what our leaders now say only became the case BECAUSE of the 911 attacks, we will prove here has been the case in this circle of men since 1992.
The following is a medley of quotes from this document, and a commentary on what it declares...
FROM THE "STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES"...
American foreign and defense policy is adrift. Conservatives have criticized the incoherent policies of the Clinton Administration. They have also resisted isolationist impulses from within their own ranks. But conservatives have not confidently advanced a strategic vision of America's role in the world. They have not set forth guiding principles for American foreign policy. They have allowed differences over tactics to obscure potential agreement on strategic objectives. And they have not fought for a defense budget that would maintain American security and advance American interests in the new century.
We
aim to change this. We aim to make the case and rally support for American
global leadership.
And furthermore...
Our aim is to remind Americans of these lessons and to draw their consequences for today. Here are four consequences:
we need to increase defense spending significantly if we are to carry out our global responsibilities today and modernize our armed forces for the future;
we need to strengthen our ties to democratic allies and to challenge regimes, (go to war with, and oust), hostile to our interests and values;
we need to promote the cause of political and economic freedom abroad;
we need to accept responsibility for America's unique role in preserving and extending an international order friendly to our security, our prosperity, and our principles.
It is truly amazing to us at 11th Hour, in light of the events of the past 4 years, all the excuses, all the pretending that this government is taken by surprise by current world events, when the charter written by the PNAC, the people that now make up the current Administration, a document started in 1998, released in 2000, based on a document written by Cheney's boys in 1992 no less, are coming true exactly in concert with the goals of this document. How convenient!
WHAT IS AMERICA'S MISSION?
The following is what this committee thinks are America's short and long term goals for our military... (from page iv under the heading KEY FINDINGS) and I quote their document:
"In particular, we need to:"
These 4 goals are astounding given that they were written in 1992!
#1 "Defend the American homeland"... Ok, this would be expected from a people's government, we'll give you this one. Even though there is no way to construe war on European soils as "defending the American homeland". (you know, from the people who don't have any WMD?)

"Fight
and decisively win simultaneous Major Theater Wars" - What the heck do they mean by
that???? That they were going to go out and get into wars - MAJOR THEATER WARS! How can you have as your goal,
and as "what we need to do is" to fight simultaneous
wars, when you don't even know for sure that wars are coming?? This is
extremely disturbing because it means they fully intended to go to war in
multiple places!! Which probably explains the Bush abandonment of diplomatic
methods with regard to Iraq. It also sheds light on the departure from
Afghanistan, since it is not considered a major theater.
#3 "Perform the "Constabulary" duties associated with shaping the security environment in critical regions". This too is disturbing. "Constabulary" is another word for saying to Police. In other words, they intended even back in 1992, to bring "critical regions" under a policed state of being! This is Unbelievable! Critical regions, hmm wonder what those are? Probably the ones with OIL. But what is really astounding about this goal, is that they are declaring that they are going to Police regions of the world that are not only not asking them to, but are telling them not to.
#4 "Transform the U.S. forces, to exploit the "revolution in military affairs". Wow! They have stated outright in 2000, that they were going to rebuild the military to "exploit" (take advantage of), the "revolution in military affairs" That they clearly outlined in the first three, and fully intended to create! This is ASTOUNDING!!! They declare here that they deliberately intend to go out and create a "REVOLUTION IN MILITARY AFFAIRS!! And then, to transform the Military to take advantage of it, yet they talk like the revolution in military affairs is something someone ELSE created. My God, what are these men thinking??
Look at the bottom half of that cut from their document:
To carry out these core missions, we need to provide sufficient force and budgetary allocations. In particular, the United States must:
MAINTAIN
NUCLEAR STRATEGIC SUPERIORITY, basing the U.S. nuclear deterrent upon a global, nuclear net assessment that weighs
the full range of current and emerging threats, not merely the U.S.-Russia
balance. You know, the
Nuclear force we don't allow any other country to get? The Nuclear Force we will
stop anyone who tries from acquiring? Amazing hypocrisy...
RESTORE THE PERSONNEL STRENGTH of today's force to roughly the levels anticipated in the Base Force outlined by the Bush Administration, (correction, outlined by Paul Wolfowitz and Dick Cheney), an increase in active-duty strength from 1.4 million to 1.6 million. Can you say DRAFT? It's coming folks, unless Bush can find a way to utilize those 8 million immigrants he just offered a home, and don't think that never crossed Washington's mind when they made the offer. It's beautiful!! One tour of duty, and you are a permanent citizen!
REPOSITION U.S. FORCES to respond to 21st century strategic realities by shifting permanently-based forces to Southeast Europe and Southeast Asia, and by changing naval deployment patterns to reflect growing U.S. strategic concerns in East Asia. Here, the current United States government leaders say in no uncertain terms, that they have every intention of occupying Southeast Europe and Asia. The monumental arrogance, and the megalomaniacal thinking that this presents looms ominously ahead, and almost certainly includes a major theater war with China, given that the Chinese government is certain not to tolerate an occupation of such close proximity to their homeland.
A REMINDER...
Let the reader be reminded, that this document we are quoting, which can be
readily viewed at PNAC's website, (Rebuilding
America's Defenses),
was drafted in 1998, based on a document that was presented to the White
House in 1992! Of
course I suppose in the eyes of the undying Christian supporter of the American
New World Order and the George Bush White House, the fact that the world is
currently fulfilling this document TO A TEE, could be totally coincidence.
The fact that the American Government has put on a show of tragedy and disappointment
in the public's eyes, pretending that none of this was planned or intended, and has pretended to be surprised and overcome by these
things, when they clearly stated them 12 years ago, as necessary goals to "project
American power across the globe" is beyond the scope of your average
American Christian's comprehension, while 
he argues that this is a holy
nation. While the leaders of this country go to the homes of our dead young
men and weep on the shoulders of their grieving parents, and visit the maimed
and crippled soldiers at military hospitals to call them heroes, pinning a $75.00
pin on their chests, and shedding a moving tear of sorrow, they write Documents
like this one, which clearly lay out the fact that this is what they intended in
the first place. Allowing the citizens of America to believe that they had no
choice, is without question the most maniacal, heinous, war crime of the past
100 years, for which none of them will stand trial until they stand before God
almighty
at the judgment of the nations, when it will be too late to convince our fellow
brothers and sisters in Christ that they are commanded not to support this kind
of worldly insanity. But don't take my word for it, let's hear it from the men that
run the American Government:
let's continue to look at the astounding things that this Document says:
ON SADDAM HUSSEIN AND IRAQ... (from page 14 of the document)
"Indeed the United States has for decades sought to play a more permanent
role in Gulf regional security. While the unresolved conflict with Iraq
provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force
presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein."
Again, as we have stated many times on this site, the need to oust Hussein had
very little to do with a. his being a brutal dictator, b. the un-provable
notion that he had ties with a type of Muslim that he has never associated with
in his leadership career (Alqeda), or c. that he was a "direct threat"
to the U.S. mainland.
He needed to be ousted for very specific and definite ends, and some of those are detailed clearly in this document by the PNAC. These reasons, coupled with the fact that Saddam announced his intention to put Iraq on the Euro, spell out clearly the reasons why that government needed to be unseated in the minds of these men. Add to this, the fourteen permanent bases America is building in Iraq, and you will see that the notion that we will be "in and out" at some point is equally as brazen a lie as everything else pertaining to the war in Iraq. These permanent bases are clear proof that its the fact that these men had every intention of occupying the middle east LONG before 911.
Everything said to date about the Iraq war are out and out lies. Pages 14 - 21 outline clearly what the current leaders intend to do over the globe. Every major region in the world is covered, and an outline is given on exactly how this group, (you know, the ones that run the country right now?), propose to take over, and occupy each region. Pages 22 - 49, the section titled "Rebuilding Today's Armed Services" in the document are basically riddled with partisan complaining about how Clinton and the Democrats have hampered the force with their military budget cuts. Some pretty brash, and hideously arrogant statements are made during this section as well, I will let the reader see those for Him/Her self. It is necessary to go to the next section to see more of the absolute undeniable reality of the truths that this article is pointing out...
CREATING TOMORROW'S DOMINANT FORCE (PAGES 50-68)
In this section of the document, I find the most incredible and chilling
statements in the document. Right from the first sentence, throughout the
section are found the brazen realities of what this document manifests.
The first sentence reads like this... To
preserve American military preeminence in the coming decades, the Department of
Defense must move more aggressively to experiment with new technologies and
operational concepts, and seek to exploit the emerging revolution in military
affairs. It
is amazing that they want the military to "exploit the emerging revolution
in military affairs", (which they now fondly refer to as the emerging RMA),
since the only place this "RMA" emerges from is THIS DOCUMENT.
But the most astounding statement in this document, (if you could believe there
is one), is one of the most pressing reasons for writing this article for me,
and here it is... (Page 51 of the document upper left column)
Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event; like a new Pearl Harbor. Domestic politics and industrial policy will shape the pace and content of transformation as much as the requirements of current missions. A decision to suspend or terminate aircraft carrier production, as recommended by this report and as justified by the clear direction of military technology, will cause great upheaval.
I wonder how many Christians reading this article will be able to completely shake loose of the reality of a statement like "absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event like a new Pearl Harbor". We are basically covering a document that our current leaders wrote back when they were not the leaders, which is basically a "wish list" and a set of "goals" that these men feel we HAVE to perform in order to "Project American power across the globe", and in no uncertain terms here, they say that a "catastrophic and catalyzing event Like a New Pearl Harbor" would greatly help the process that they wish to happen, BECAUSE Domestic politics and industrial policy will shape the pace and content of transformation as much as the requirements of current missions. In other words, because the people (domestic politics) would never go along with such a revolution. Well, how convenient for these men that 911 took place huh?
But alas, given the conversations I have had with Christians in the last year or so, I imagine that they will write it off without even batting an eyelash. The paragraph above manifests the reality that such an event was a welcome change on the landscape of public opinion for these men, since it would... #1 Speed up their ability to do everything outlined in this document, #2 Outrage the American public so much as to easily push through the military budget increases they are calling for, ( I mean heck, they might even be able to get congress to approve a massive military spending package, maybe even as massive as 87 Billion!.. oh but probably not) and #3 Put into mainstream policy, and the world's consciousness the fact, and justification for this group's need to dominate the globe.
Yes, you are right, that is EXACTLY what I am implying. When I was in High
school during the cold war years, I remember professors and teachers talking
about how when a plane in America looses contact with the control tower, that
within 12 minutes an Air force fighter is by that plane's side escorting it back to
the runway. We used to brag about how safe and efficient we were because
of the great American Air Force. Yes, these were greatly 
bragged about
facts in 1975, and as far as I am concerned even our bragging from decades ago,
comes back to haunt the consciousness of Americans willing to admit that those
things were said, and causes some of us to say, where were those escorts on 9/11
when those planes were out of contact with towers for over an hour, not just
minutes?
In fact, that was exactly the response to the attacks of Sept. 11th by this Administration. The occupation of Iraq, the 87 billion, and the 14 permanent bases we are building there are the fulfillment of the statements made on page 14 of the document written in 1998. I suppose the "coincidental" occurrence of those attacks are really a red herring right? I'm sure their document released in 2000, and the fact that the entire history of the George W Bush administration has walked in the footsteps of it, are just a massive coincidence, and that the thinking of their document being carried out are certainly not a manifestation of the reality of the Administrations goals, because we know George Bush is a man of God... right? The truth is, the real reason we need a democratic Iraq is exactly what this document points out, they don't need a democratic Iraq, they need a permanent military presence in the middle east. I don't think Iraq will end up with a democratic government, and I don't think it matters, as long as whatever government does take hold there is copasetic with a permanent American military presence. They make that point abundantly clear on page 14 - right column...
In the Persian Gulf region, the presence of American forces, along with British and French units, has become a semi-permanent fact of life. Though the immediate mission of those forces is to enforce the no-fly zones over northern and southern Iraq, they represent the long-term commitment of the United States and its major allies to a region of vital importance. Indeed, the United States has for decades sought to play a more permanent role in Gulf regional security. While the unresolved conflict with Iraq provides the immediate justification, the need for a substantial American force presence in the Gulf transcends the issue of the regime of Saddam Hussein. Clearly one of the parts written in 1992.
If you can not see the fact that these men had every intention of occupying this region LONG before the attacks of 911, which as we have said repeatedly was the conflict in Afghanistan not Iraq, then you are certainly not going to see it until the Lord himself questions your support of these actions face to face on the day that all men will face. However, we will continue to work hard to show the American Christian population, the GRAVE spiritual error of aligning with and supporting the world, and resorting to political activity to bring about God's will on Earth. We were commanded long ago not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers, and that there would be many who would come along at all different times during History, and claim to be our brethren, and that some of them would be wolves in sheep's clothing. When this government, and the current Administration claim to be of God, this is absolutely a manifestation of that truth.
The rest of the section on "Creating Tomorrows Dominant Force"
is pretty much a clinical dissertation on the ins and outs of beefing up the
military machine in order to dominate the world. That section is followed
by a section called "Defense Spending" which finishes the
document and is basically 7 pages of whining that they don't have the money they
need to dominate the world. But as is hopefully pointed out in this
Article, its the material between pages 1 and 68 of this document that should
make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up as you read it. Every
single area in the world is covered, and the ways and means by which to police,
and dominate those areas is laid out in frightening detail. Europe, Asia,
Asia minor, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, The Orient, and every single one of
its regions is mentioned. There is a section making it obvious that
these men are aware that China will not sit back and watch this domination bend
for long, and mentions that military considerations need to be made there.
The Gulf, the Pacific, the Atlantic, From sea to shinning sea as it were,
this document lays out with astounding detail and even brazen arrogance, (since it
is in the public domain on the Web), The intention of these men to literally TAKE
OVER THE WORLD. There is no denying that intent in reading this document,
and there is no longer an ability to say to us here at 11th Hour, that we are
making this up. What this document states is that since America has
emerged from the cold war period as the only remaining super power, that certain
"strategic opportunities" now exist, that quite frankly include that
America has what is probably a one time chance to take over the world, and these
men see this as an opportunity that can not be passed up.
THE FIRST HORSE OF THE APOCALYPSE?
As I said earlier, and in the title of this article I will again say, I believe
we have witnessed the opening of the first seal. Now before you say
"all
throughout history since the departure of Christ, the church has been speculating
that the coming of the Lord is at hand", I understand that. One thing I
have always said, is that this is nothing more than the Church obeying the
command of it's Lord when he said to "Watch
and Prepare",
and when they were admonished to "Hasten
to the coming of the Lord",
and "Trim their
lamps", and to
basically live in anticipation of his return.
The missing element ever since the departure of the Lord that can not be explained away or denied, is that Israel is now in its homeland again for the first time since 70 AD. This is extraordinarily significant in light of prophetic scripture. Not that it necessarily fulfills a specific scripture, (which I happen to believe it does, but I know there are many who do not), because even if you do not believe that it does fulfill a specific scripture, you can not deny that in ALL Prophetic scriptures discussing the end of the World, every single one of them when drawing the picture of the end times DOES in fact draw a picture of a time when Israel WILL be in its homeland.
There is no element of the time of the return of the Lord that is missing on the world stage right now, and that is very significant! I admit that unlike some folks, I don't believe that the seals and the trumpets HAVE to be confined to the 7 year period that folks call "The Tribulation". Although definitely tied together and linked to a specific timetable in world history, I think these events are in a lot of cases overlapping and some are simultaneous. for instance, I believe that the sixth seal probably describes the signs of coming of the Lord, which will be the end of the tribulation, and the 7th trumpet (which I believe to be the Coming of Our Lord), is the beginning of the vials of the wrath of God being poured out on the Earth, which must happen at the end of the tribulation when the Lord has come, which would mean that at least one of the trumpets is outside of the tribulation on that end. I don't think one studying end times prophecy can conclude otherwise. In like manner, I think the first few seals are opened prior to the tribulation because I believe that it is in fact the beginning of the Gog/Magog war that brings about the "agreement with many for one week" (which we believe marks the beginning of the 70th week or the tribulation), where Israel's safety is guaranteed by Babylon, and because it seems that the events described in the first four seals, seem to lead up to, and possibly even are the cause the Gog /Magog war, I am betting the first 4 seals will be opened just prior to or even right up to and at the beginning of the 70th week of Daniel chapter 9. (the tribulation). Why then am I going out on the proverbial limb to claim that the first seal has been opened? I don't feel like I am going out on a limb here at all. In fact, I find it very easy to see a few extraordinary developments that seem to announce the time of the fulfillment of all things. The world stage as described in the book of revelation is set...
#1 Israel - In its homeland: a mandated event concerning the end times prophecies. since every prophetic scripture concerning the end times mentions Israel there.

America - the greatest, largest, most powerful,
wealthy, influential, trade enhancing, maker of all the producing kingdoms of
the world's wealth, has taken literal control of the Land in the region of the
Tigress and Euphrates rivers, the area we know is ancient Babylon, the first of many signs
provided by the Lord to indicate to those who could be deceived who that country
really is, the kingdom that most people can not believe the scripture even
mentions, in spite of its size, wealth, world influence, and
"spirituality", a kingdom that frankly there is NO WAY the scripture
will miss, playing the only role it is qualified to play in prophetic scripture,
confessing in the document outlined in this article it's true identity.
#3 The Church - The American Christian church, and all of it's denominations, loving its wealth, luxury and privilege, hailing the current government's actions in the world, in spite of the atrocious nature of those actions, as divine in origin, and proclaiming its allegiances to that Kingdom, while turning a blind eye to the atrocities that are being committed. Its a shame American people don't see how incredibly wealthy we are in comparison to the rest of the world, so that by only measuring themselves by themselves, they can never really consider themselves "Rich".
BUT THE OPENING OF THE FIRST SEAL?
Revelation 6:1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
Looking at that verse as what is happening in the world right now needs a few qualifying items, and those are the items I mentioned above. There have been many times in history when men went out on their "white horse" conquering and to conquer, but never before in history has that been done with Israel in its homeland. From Tiberius of Rome through Adolph Hitler, as astoundingly clear as it COULD have seemed, the missing element of Israel in its homeland and in control of Jerusalem nullifies any possibility of any of them fulfilling this prophecy. Also...
Previously I didn't take much stock in the theory that the seven churches of Revelation were signification of 7 periods that the church of Jesus Christ would pass through, (see Letters to the 7 Churches article) I didn't disagree with it but, I didn't think it was of end times prophetic significance, so it didn't really matter to me if it was true or not. I have come to believe that theory, and understand its true significance, because it fits amazingly into the scheme of the book of revelation, and current world events if you think about it. For instance that we are in the period of the Laodicean Church makes perfect sense in light of the fact that immediately after those periods are detailed in Revelation, John is given a vision of heaven and the book with the seals begins to be opened. It seems right to understand that the seals would or could be opened any time after the church enters the Laodicean period. This also fits into what is happening in the world right now.
One might ask... "How do you figure we are in the Laodicean period?" Well in deference to the Catholic Church, which thinks it is the only church, we have always known that the church is really made up of a group of people scattered across ALL denominations and so even though we have always known that the Catholic Church accumulates vast fortunes, and builds itself glorious buildings and all kinds of ornaments of gold, and has unspeakable wealth, but it wasn't until the 1970s when the doctrine that God blesses his people in terms of earthly treasures and wealth took root in the protestant church, (see The Gospel of Convenience and The Blessings of God) that the ENTIRE Church was in fact into the Laodicean period, so it further makes sense that the time is at hand for the opening of the seals.
So
the next question would have to be "Then how do you see the first seal in
world events?" There are 4 elements to the opening of the first Seal...

How do I see these? Well most folks know that a White Horse is probably an indication of a "just cause" or a "heroic action" or "conquering hero". A Crown is usually significant of a title, a position of leadership, a label, or a medal. A Bow is a weapon, it has the capability of shooting a damaging weapon. No one disagrees about what Going fourth conquering and to conquer means.
THE WHITE HORSE...
It isn't difficult to see a man on a white horse in this world today, and that man lives up to all of the meanings of "White Horse": he is self righteous, he is a self proclaimed hero, he is on a just cause, to save those in distress, and he fights for "Freedom and Liberty". His name is "Uncle Sam", and that is the extent of what I am saying on this part. America claims to stand for "Freedom and Liberty" and in spite of the fact that that stand is bringing hideous destruction to those standing in its way, "Freedom and Liberty" has become the justification for everything America does. The end justifies all means, and since it is a righteous cause, as Bob here at 11th Hour said recently, its not whether something is right or wrong any longer, its who is doing it! So we have our rider on his white horse, (on a global scale, which this would need to be to fit the bill for prophetic scripture)
HE HAD A BOW...
Then what about the Bow... Ok well the interesting thing about the Bow, and this has been noted by many others before me, so I'm not claiming to open a new can here, but the interesting thing is he doesn't have an arrow. Again, as stated many times before, I think this means that it is a Weapon that is so powerful and ominous, that he probably doesn't need to shoot it for it to be significant, or for it to be a "deterrent". I think this would have to be the nuclear deterrent we have had for decades, and especially now having emerged as the only remaining super power. It is a powerful weapon even as it sits in the silos and nuclear submarines around the world pulled back and ready to strike.
AND THE CROWN?
This to me would have to be a "crown", "title", "position", "place of rule", that effects the entire world, since it is presented in the opening of one of the seals, which obviously pertains to the whole world in the last days. I believe that the Crown is "super power" and I think although others have shared that crown before, at the time of the Seal, and of the "he was given a crown" it seems clear that only one is wearing this crown, and that it does in fact effect the entire world. America is in fact the only remaining Super Power, and I promise this will not change before the coming of the Lord.
I
didn't write this article to prove the Crown, or the Bow, or the Horse. I
think those things are not difficult to understand, and that most folks won't
have a difficult time with them. However, I think most Americans would
resist conversation that indicates that America is on a mission of conquest and
world domination at this time, and the document "Rebuilding America's
Defenses" by the very nature of who participated in the writing of that
Document, and that they are now in control of all major elements of our
Government makes clear and obvious that this is the case. Men that have
acted like Sept 11th 2001, and everything that has happened since seem like a
series of events that have totally taken them by surprise when in fact, the
world stage is literally walking in the footsteps of this document written by a
handful of men who have suddenly found themselves running the government.
All they needed to commence with their plans was the approval of the American
public, and on September 11th 2001, they got that approval.
This document reminds me of a statement Adolph Hitler said about writings that he had done prior to becoming chancellor of Germany called "Mien Kampf" which also laid out an attitude of world domination. In a speech before the Reichstag (Germany's version of congress)...
"If I had known that I would someday become chancellor, I would not have written Mien Kampf." [Adolph Hitler]
I am pretty sure these men would probably feel the same way at this point right now... or maybe not! The document outlined in this article is mounted on the presumption that America has a "unique" set of circumstances placing it in a position of being able to basically rule the globe, and this document is written by a handful of men now running the US Government, who see that opportunity as one that can not be passed up on. They call it a "responsibility" a "global role", and based on the things that have been said by this President, I'm pretty sure it is viewed as a divinely inspired mission, to "promote" freedom and Liberty" around the Globe. God knows that is what the lion's share of the Christian church thinks it is.... GOD HELP US!
The first few people who read the draft of this Article asked the same question, and apparently this question comes up in the minds of the folks who read this Article so I will give my answer to it here, so that folks who read this document can ponder the realities that we are facing in the coming years, rather than on the details of my interpretations. The question that was posed to me by three different people after reading this Article were with regard to being more specific about what I am proposing to be the opening of the first seal. "So, when exactly do you think the seal was opened?" What follows is my reasoning...
THE 1970s...
I think the timeframe between 1967 and 1975 saw the beginning of the final countdown to the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. First and foremost, was the final completion of the return of Israel to its homeland begun in 1948, and finished in the 6 day war of 1967, when Israel took control of the city of Jerusalem.
Secondly. as discussed earlier in this document the entire church has
entered the Laodicean period as of the time in 1974, which we outlined in the
Article on this site entitled "The
Gospel of Convenience". At that time, an enormously popular
ministry undertaken by Jim and Tami-Faye Baker called the PTL Club, very effectively
installed into Christian church doctrine the erroneous notion that God
"blesses" his children and wants to give his Children wealth of
unlimited scope, and that it was a sign of his approval and a token of his
love. Prior to that time, the protestant church did not believe or accept
that doctrine as truth, and many people still do not, yet even in the wake of
that ministry's fall in the disgrace of marital infidelity by the ministry's
founder, this doctrine remained, and has taken an immovable root in current
Church philosophy. This undeniable reality has placed all denominations of
the Church today in a place where its Members are without even knowing it,
walking the conditions that Jesus dictated to John in the Letter to the
Laodicean Church, (which we believe is the final Church period prior to the
return of Jesus). This is in perfect concert with what is displayed in the
book of Revelation also, since immediately after the final letter is dictated,
John has a vision of Heaven, and the Sealed book begins to open. This seems to
indicate that the seals would begin to open, in this final "period" of
Church experience.
The Third element of the beginning of the countdown I am detailing here is what and when I believe that the First Seal was opened. In the early 70s the United States of America made an historic decision and I believe one of biblical proportion, not to mention entered into its place in Prophetic scripture, and manifested the opening of the seal. Prior to 1973, American citizens were in the best position they ever were, since the American market was a closed market, and was dominated primarily by American products. At that time, the American Government made a trade off, and that trade off was exactly this.. The average American's prosperity was traded away for power and influence in other countries. How so? You may ask. When this government opened the borders of trade in this country, it has systematically and undeniably taken a place of global dominance so irresistible, that most of the worlds economies are today driven by the consumerism of the American public. This places America in a place of tremendous power in the world, and was clearly a conscious decision made in a clear effort to literally control, and dominate the globe.
Shortly after the end of the Cold War, With the Bow of uncontested nuclear supremacy in its hand, Uncle Sam was given the crown of "one remaining super power", and by opening its doors of trade to all of the producing nations of the world, went fourth conquering and to conquer, and the full manifestation of the White Horse (just cause) he is riding on, which in this case is the cause of "Freedom and Liberty". I believe that the First Seal was opened at the beginning of this part of the final pieces falling into place, which occurred in the early years of the decade of the 1970s, and is in full bloom right now on the world stage ever since the beginning of the war in Iraq. Each of us will in fact "see" the beginning of these events at various times in recent years, but we all agree that the first seal is in fact opened, and we can expect to see the other 3 of the first four in the immediately coming years!
Read the Document written by George W. Bush and his Father's cohorts, and see
for your self that these men have intended for a decade, that the very things
that they now act surprised and appalled by would take place. See for
yourself that the world stage is now walking in the footsteps of these men's
wishes, and most importantly of all, see for yourself, that these men are
neither surprised, appalled, or disappointed about what is going on in the world
today, since they wrote them down as their GOALS as early as 1992! We have
stated many times on this site that it is our intention to shed light on the
amazingly dangerous ERROR of supporting a worldly Kingdom just because one of
its leaders has proclaimed that he is a believer, and we will continue to work
diligently to make that truth clear, and hopefully save thousands, maybe someday
millions of brethren from receiving a terribly rude awakening during the
tribulation and when face to face with the Lord Jesus Christ himself at his
coming.
